Bloom Bloom Co respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and how we look after it, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
We use your information to reply to your enquiry, prepare quotes and agreements, plan and cover your wedding, deliver your photos and film, and send invoices. We'll only send you marketing emails if you've agreed to them, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
We may share selected images and footage on our website and social media, and with your venue and other suppliers, as set out in your agreement. If you've asked us to keep your images private, we won't.
We never sell your information. We share it only with trusted services that help us run the business, such as our website host (which receives the enquiry form), email, online gallery, booking and accounting tools, and only as much as they need to do their job.
We keep your information in secure, password-protected systems and keep backups of your photos and film. We hold your information only as long as we need it for our services and our legal and tax obligations.
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time. If you have a concern about how we've handled your information, please contact us first and we'll work to fix it. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
